Smokemart is the largest privately-owned tobacconist in the world, and is the go-to destination for all things tobacco and smoking accessories. Alongside this exists GiftBox, a nation-leading variety retailer, recognised as the destination for novelty gifts, hilarious games, barware and much more. Vape Square is Australia’s largest vape retailer with an unrivalled range of juices, kits and accessories. More about you:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion in creating customer relationships, whilst doing your best to make them feel at home whilst shopping with us. You will succeed in bringing previous retail experience to a new team, also being open to learning new skills. Contributing your natural, bubbly and outgoing character to the team’s success, these assets will continue to build customer loyalty enticing customers to return on the regular. Whilst these skills will contribute to the wider team, will also excite and welcome new and existing customers at each store visit. With a customer- first mentality, you also love to have fun! We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy environment, whilst having a laugh (and the occasion dance-off!) with each customer that walks through our doors.
