Sales Assistant - Carnarvon

Smokemart & Giftbox have been operating in Australia for over 30 years, with over 240 stores nationally and we keep continuing to grow our number of stores year on year! 

We are Nationally the largest leading Tobaccionst, selling mainly Tobacco also with a touch of VAPE, Cigars and Giftware. 

We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Sales Assistant with a hungry for growth approach, both business minded and personally. 

This is a Casual Role only of approx. 15 hours per week 

The Opportunity 

To be a successful sales assistant within our business you are required to have strong values, high levels of energy and a commitment to delivering high quality customer service to all our customers. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for learning, making a difference to our customers’ buying journey, and are keen to be part of our fun, quirky, and energetic team! 

The successful candidate will need to have a hunger for growth approach, with a genuine Hunger to deliver on Sales Target's. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Customer service that grows sales and builds loyalty 

  • Achieve sales targets 

  • Cash handling 

  • Stock control, sales and quality management 

The Successful Applicant Will Also Have 

  • A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets 

  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment 

  • A happy, friendly and energetic personality 

  • A desire to deliver high quality customer service  

A Police Check Report valid within the last 12 months is required to be successful for this role! 

All candidates must be over 18 years of age.
