Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and manage the picking and packing of orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Supervise the packing and loading of delivery vehicles.
• Ensure accurate stock processing to guarantee timely and correct delivery of customer orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service to external wholesale customers and maintain store relationships
• Manage and supervise a team, with responsibilities including but not limited to recruitment, rostering, and ensuring optimal team performance.
• Conduct regular and planned stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Health & Safety regulations.
• Regularly inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring all are operating safely and efficiently.
• Consistently follow and enforce company procedures and policies to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

• Occasionally cover delivery driver duties, requiring a valid manual license.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
• A strong, reliable work ethic with a steady and consistent work history.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with a high standard of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within tight efficiency and quality parameters.
• A collaborative team player who works well with others.
• Availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm
• A valid police check within the last 12 months.
